FAQ – Gift Vouchers for Blomberg

1. Ordering Process

How does the ordering process work?

  1. Choose a voucher type: either a specific voucher for one of our partners or a value voucher redeemable at all participating locations on the mountain.
  2. Select a voucher design, set the desired voucher value, and optionally add a personal message or your own photo.
  3. Pay securely with VISA, Mastercard, or PayPal.
  4. Download and print your voucher immediately or send it via email.

Are there different voucher designs?
Yes, you can choose from various designs for different occasions.

Can I add a personal message to the value voucher?
Yes, after selecting a voucher design, you can add a personalized greeting.

What payment methods are available in the online shop?
Currently, you can pay using:
• VISA
• Mastercard
• PayPal

Are there any shipping or delivery costs?
For vouchers sent via email, there are no shipping costs. If you choose postal delivery, a fee of €5.99 applies.
For physical items (e.g., merchandise), shipping costs are €9.99 per package.

How are the vouchers delivered?
After completing your order, you can download and print the voucher immediately. Additionally, you will receive an email with the voucher as a PDF attachment.
Postal delivery is available for an additional fee.

 

2. Redeeming Vouchers

Where can the vouchers be redeemed?
Depending on the type, vouchers can be redeemed in the following locations:
Blombergbahn (e.g., for cable car rides, the Blomberg Blitz Alpine coaster, or the Classic summer toboggan run)
Blomberghaus (e.g., for food and drinks)
Kletterwald Blomberg (for climbing adventures)
Da Luca am Blomberg (for food and drinks, but only with value vouchers valid for the entire mountain)

Can I partially redeem a value voucher?
Yes! If you only use part of the voucher's value, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher and can be used for a future booking. Cash payouts of remaining balances are not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.

How long are the value vouchers valid?
Value vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

 

3. Other Information

Can I return my voucher or exchange it for cash?
No, vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

I haven’t received my voucher email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received the email, contact us at shop@der-blomberg.de.

Can I gift a voucher to someone else?
Yes! Vouchers are transferable and make a great gift.

Can I buy vouchers on-site?
Yes, you can purchase tickets directly at the valley station (excluding full-day or half-day tickets in winter).
For Kletterwald or Blomberghaus vouchers, please contact the respective partner in advance by phone.
